An Inside Look at Branding Experiences for the CLient's Perspective

From time to time, we like to take a break from talking about ourselves and instead, provide you an inside perspective from the client's side of the table. This month we take a look inside Stahl Homes. Marishane Stahl at Stahl Homes was kind enough to give us her thoughts on working with Branding Experiences to re-design their company's website.

Briefly discuss the state of your website prior to working with Branding Experiences.

Our original website was put together quickly and patched-over numerous times over a 3 year period.

What was your greatest fear in choosing a design/branding company, and why?

I asked numerous peers who did their website and if they would recommend their designer.   Not one person had a pleasant experience in creating their website, and while I did get some names to contact, they all came with some type of warning.

What made you ultimately decide to move forward with Branding Experiences?

Another client of Branding Experiences told us about their experience and we were sold on the recommendaton.  We met with them and had a good feeling immediately.

During the prototyping phase, did you feel comfortable that Branding Experiences was picking up on the vibe you were going after with your re-branding?

Definitely, we were very confident after the initial meeting, before we even saw the prototype.   We were happy with the first prototype we received.

Was there anything that you experienced, good and/or bad, during the site design process that you were not expecting?

A very pleasant, positive attitude - lots of "no problems", "very do-able" with our requests.

Additional thoughts/comments not covered by the above questions:

None.
