Briefly discuss the state of your previous site prior to having it re-designed.

We had a previous website through our email / web hosting service that was basic at best.

What was your greatest fear in choosing a branding/design company, and why?

We were concerned that it would take a long time for the designer to come up with the design and feel that we were looking for.

What made you ultimately decide to move forward with Branding Experiences?

We were introduced to Branding Experiences through a mutual acquaintance who highly recommended their work.  After reviewing their portfolio online, it became clear that their style was what we wanted.

During the prototyping phase, did you feel comfortable that Branding Experiences was picking up on the vibe you were going after with your branding?

Yes.

Was there anything that you experienced, good and/or bad, during the site branding/design process that you were not expecting?

Mitch was patient and willing to work at our pace, which was greatly appreciated.

What has been the overall response/reaction to your new branding from your target audience?

Everyone who has seen it has loved it.

Additional thoughts/comments not covered by the above questions:

Thanks for an awesome job.  We look forward to working with Branding Experiences in the future!
